Papa Lee’s is a culinary haven that brings the authentic flavors of Taiwan to the heart of Bali. Our restaurant is dedicated to serving the most traditional Taiwanese dishes, crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients and a passion for authentic cuisine.
Papa Lee’s was founded by our father, Mr. Lee Yen-Cheng, who is still healthy and well in retirement. My brother and I fell in love with Bali, so we decided to bring our father’s craftsmanship and dedication to this beloved island.
Our right-hand man is our dumpling master, known as A-Jia” who previously served as the executive chef in the 1 michelin star restaurant at Mandarin Oriental in Taipei (台北文華東方酒店).
Together, we are committed to bringing the finest beef noodle and xiao-long-bao to Bali. We konow that this is no easy task, but we are ready to give it our all. So, let’s dine!
