10 hours medium-fire cooked beef briskets, with Chinese medicinal herbs and tropical Balinese ingredients. It is a new kind of beef noodle, with Taiwan & Bali both dancing on your taste buds.
Each wonton has 1 fresh locally caught Balinese prawn, and hand wrapped by our dumpling masters. With our homemade chili sauce and sesame sauce, it is a bite you won’t forget.
Papa Lee’s absolute best seller. We tested 50 different kinds of flours, finally, at the end we find the taste 100% like in Taiwan. The soup that wrapped inside the dumpling will make an unforgettable experience.
